Project overview
The scope of this project was focused on evaluating the quality and usability of the client’s mobile app on a variety of devices, including tablets. The main goal was to identify any issues or areas for improvement in order to enhance the user experience for the client’s approximately 11 million users.
In addition to evaluating the mobile app, we also worked with the client to demonstrate the standard workflow of independent software testing and implement the best practical testing approaches based on feedback. This included testing the “Contact Center” section in the web version of the application to ensure that it was functioning correctly and meeting the needs of users.
Overall, the goal of this project was to provide valuable insights and recommendations to help improve the quality and usability of the client’s mobile app, enabling it to better serve its millions of users.
