Our team was asked to conduct manual functional and integration testing for a large banking entity with approximately 16 million monthly users. The number of daily entries exceeded 8.5 million, and the average number of active sessions was 20 thousand per second.
The main focus of the project was to ensure the product’s quality and reliability at various stages of development, from setting requirements to releasing new versions on production. This included testing chains with payment orders and test accounts.
Through our efforts, we were able to organize and improve the testing process, introduce and implement the regulation of test bench usage, and create test documentation for regression testing. These efforts helped to ensure that the bank’s products were of the highest quality and ready for use by its millions of customers.
